These terms apply when you use crewmention.com, request a free check, or subscribe to CrewMention. CrewMention is operated by Mele House Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
CrewMention measures how often AI assistants name a business when people ask the kinds of questions its customers ask, and reports the results along with suggested improvements.
- Free check: a one-time report, at no cost and with no obligation.
- Monitor: a paid monthly subscription that re-tests your visibility each month and tracks changes over time.
2. No guarantees about AI assistants
We measure and report what AI assistants say. We don't control them, aren't affiliated with them, and can't guarantee that any assistant will recommend your business, or that following our suggestions will increase your visibility, calls, or revenue. AI answers change often and vary from one person and session to the next. Our reports describe a typical result at the time of testing, not what every person will see.
3. Reports
We prepare reports carefully, using public information and the answers AI assistants give us, but they may contain errors or become out of date. Reports are informational and aren't legal, financial, or professional advice. If you think something in your report is wrong, tell us and we'll look into it.
Your report is for your own business use. You're welcome to share it within your business and with people who help you, such as your marketing provider.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Monitor is billed monthly, in advance, through our payment processor. The current price is shown on our website at the time you subscribe.
- A founding rate, when offered, stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.
- We may change the price of Monitor with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes won't affect a locked founding rate.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and only request checks for a business you own or are authorized to act for.
- Don't misuse the site, including submitting forms automatically, entering other people's email addresses without permission, or trying to interfere with how the site works.
6. Our content
The website, our methods, and the format of our reports belong to us. These terms don't give you ownership of them. Names of AI assistants and other companies are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what we measure.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end service to anyone who violates these terms or misuses the site. If we discontinue Monitor entirely, we'll give subscribers notice and won't charge for periods we don't provide.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll notify subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
