CrewMention is operated by Mele House Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: when you request a check, we collect your business name, website, trade, service area, and email address.
- Public business information: to run a check, we collect publicly available information about your business and competitors, such as directory listings, reviews, and website content, and the answers AI assistants give to our questions.
- Basic usage data: our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To run your check and send you your report.
- To provide the monthly monitoring service if you subscribe.
- To contact you about your report or account. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the link in any email.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't ask for passwords or access to your accounts.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to operate CrewMention, including website hosting, form handling, email delivery, and payment processing. They receive only what they need to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you use CrewMention and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@crewmention.com.
